If I could give 0 stars I would. Used to order from here and get good service every time but apparently its changed owners. I received my order tonight missing a tray of kebab meat, so I called up and was basically called a liar because they definitely put it in the bag, woman shouting about it in the background because she definitely did it. Well I definitely dont have it. I got a tub of mayo (which I didnt request, I requested mayo on the kebab not separate). This isnt the first time its happened. I was told when I order again they will send it, well I dont wanna order again to end up paying for something I havent received. No apology what so ever. And this is about the 3rd time its happened but I thought Im sure its just a one off every time.
went to the store to get food the service was terrible and they were so rude. We also saw rats running round in the kitchen space! DONT EAT FROM HERE ITS NOT SAFE!
I have no issues with the food but the delivery is always late. The website always says up to an hour but its always incorrect. Ive ordered loads of times and on average it takes 1 hour 30 mins, sometimes longer, to be delivered. Always excuses why its late and most of the time the food is getting cool by the time I get it.
So had a great night watching fireworks... decided to order a kebab for the family... we decided to ring the order, the guy Who answered the phone was not great with English.... which to be fair did not put us off... had to ring back and explain our order and after being satisfied that the order was correct we relaxed and continued enjoying our Saturday night. Knock at the door... orders here .. tipped the guy and went to open our order. This is where it all went down hill. Kebabs came without nan ... both of them and the cheesy chips we ordered came cold... without cheese. So naturally we rang them up and explained their error... and we basically got called liars... Now despite living less than 8 mins away the best they would do was upgrade our "next" meal... there will be no next meal. Unless you want a lucky dip I would strongly recommend you avoid this place.
Great customer service and food.Try their newly improved southern fried chicken.Great portion sizes and cheap pizzas with domino quality or even better.Would definitely recommend.
