No working toilet for over a year willful neglect. Bodged asbestos removal 2011 covered up . Sexual misconduct by staff ignored. threatened for speaking out about child abuse. Diabolical work always, every job is a mess, you only have to look at the external insulation render on Carlton hill it wants ripping off and doing properly and the staff who oversaw the work dismissed. Complaints ignored basically all retarded or abusers . Couldn't give no stars or I would have done! criminal damage twice by their staff on my car lgnored by management. also threatened to cut my gas off for not letting in a gas service engineer who dinted my Smeg stainless steel range cooker. Same this year for two scratches but threatening a court order to gain access costing me 750 approx . Threatening, intimidating scum. Gedling Borough council informed and done nothing !!! Started to speak to BBC panorama about a program so we'll see if they do anything or join the ignorance

Absolutely useless. They dont care about the residents or their residents neighbours. More than happy to let their tenants steal, shout, fight and disrupt everyone else on the street. They let their tenants store stolen goods which they stole from their neighbours. Dont deal with complaints and dont care about anyone else as long as they get paid.
The best home i have ever had. Always someone at hand to come out and visit if needed to talk any concerns through. Friendly staff.
Both neighbour's are with gbh. I own my property. One side screams and shouts and slams doors. The other is a drunken chave. And sits out in the street when they have a perfectly good garden. Never buy next to a gh property.
